Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account. While some customers receive the refund within three days, the actual timeframe depends on the processing speed of individual banks.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please send us an email at lumizone2303@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address for the nearest warehouse. Please ship the item back to us, and upon receiving it, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Shipping
To initiate a product return, please send us an email at lumizone2303@gmail.com. We will promptly respond with the return address of the nearest warehouse. Once you receive the return address, kindly ship the product back to us. Upon receipt, we will process your return and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.
Note: For Defective Items or Wrong/Damaged Items, there will be no cost for return shipping and no restocking fee. However, if you changed your mind or no longer want the item, the actual return shipping fee will be your responsibility, and there will be no restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
